Tayto Group are the 3rd largest player in savoury snacks, with a turnover of more than £250m and home to iconic brands like Golden Wonder, Mr Porky, REAL Crisps, and Tayto. We’re also the UK’s leading supplier of private label snacks – so we probably make supermarket favourite! Our brand heritage spans over 75 years, and we’re committed to delivering great-tasting snacks for lunchbox staples, pub favourites, and the ‘who ate the last crisp?’ moments that we all love.

We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without our deliciously dedicated Production Teams! They’re responsible for the heart and soul of our business – our snacks! - making sure they’re tasty, safe, and packaged fresh off the line to reach shops (and customers) with that satisfying CRUNCH. We’re looking for a Production Area Manager to lead our teams to do just that, working night shifts (Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am) at our Scunthorpe site (DN16 1TT).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
