OVERVIEW:
As a Production Artist, you will join SharkNinja’s in-house Creative Production team and play a central role in bringing products to market through precise, high-quality production design. Working closely with designers, copywriters, brand managers, product developers, project managers, and global marketing teams, you will translate creative concepts into production-ready assets across packaging, retail, and digital channels.
This role is integral to scaling creative output for global product launches by maintaining strong production standards, building efficient templates and systems, and leveraging modern creative tools including AI-assisted workflows.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE EXCITING THINGS YOU’LL GET TO DO:
- Translate creative concepts into precise, production-ready assets across packaging, retail displays, product collateral, and digital channels
- Build and maintain scalable production files in support of global product launches and evolving brand systems
- Adapt and prepare assets for global markets, coordinating with translation partners to ensure accurate and compliant localization across regions
- Partner with designers, copywriters, brand managers, and product teams to move ideas from concept through final production, incorporating feedback from proofs and markups to meet brand and quality standards
- Adapt creative assets from print to digital across retail and ecommerce environments, including retailer graphics, product page assets, and campaign creative
- Apply QC standards to all deliverables, checking for accuracy, color consistency, and compliance before submission
- Advise cross-functional stakeholders on production best practices, file specifications, and asset requirements
- Own production quality and delivery across multiple concurrent projects as the primary point of accountability for asset accuracy and output consistency
- Work within project management platforms such as Workfront or Wrike to manage task intake, track milestones, and communicate status

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- 3+ years of production design experience within an in-house creative team or agency environment
- Strong understanding of packaging production and preparing files for print, retail, and digital environments
- Familiarity with dielines and basic packaging construction
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools, with the judgment to apply them appropriately and a willingness to evaluate new capabilities as the production landscape evolves
- Experience working within workflow and project management platforms such as Workfront, Wrike, or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills across file structures, naming conventions, and asset library contributions
- Ability to build efficient templates, repeatable layouts, and scalable production assets
- Receptive to feedback and able to translate direction from proofs, markups, and creative reviews into accurate, on-brand production work
- Comfortable working with a degree of autonomy and able to prioritize, make sound production decisions, and communicate proactively as part of a distributed team
- Creative mindset with technical precision
- Clear communicator who can advise stakeholders, surface decisions early, and collaborate effectively across functions
