At DC Thomson, our Kingsway print site is where some of the UK's best-known and most-loved publications come to life, including The Beano, The Courier, The Press & Journal and many more.
We're looking for a Production Assistant to join our busy Production team. This is a hands-on role where you'll play an important part in keeping our operation running smoothly, ensuring equipment is maintained to high standards and ready for continuous production.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day running of our production operation by:

- Deep cleaning production equipment in line with planned maintenance schedules
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout production areas
- Carrying out pre-production checks to ensure equipment is ready for operation
- Monitoring consumable stock levels and reporting shortages
- Supporting Production and Engineering teams when required
- Following all health, safety and operational procedures
- Taking ownership of your work and contributing to a safe, efficient and productive environment
Requirements
