Production Assistant

Reporting to: Executive Producer
Direct Reports: None
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Central London Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office (minimum of 1 x Friday per month). Employment: Full-time

Please note this is an entry level position. We are on the lookout for a Junior Production Assistant to join our award-winning dynamic production team. You will assist the team with dynamic/DCO campaigns in out of home.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign support
  • Assisting the production team with the pre-production, production, testing and delivery of digital OOH campaigns
  • Carrying out quality assurance checks on project materials (e.g. digital assets)
  • Managing documentation (e.g. Excel/Sheet site lists)
  • Using a proprietary CMS, feeding into requirements gathering and platform testing
  • Taking campaign proof of play (POP) photos and maintaining the POP gallery
  • As required, occasional site visits/on-site support for e.g. OOH testing

Person specification

  • Essential: high attention to detail - A core part of the work we do is managing data in spreadsheets and lists as well as configuring campaigns on our proprietary CMS
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets)
