Production Assistant | 📍Tamworth – On-site | 💰Competitive Salary + Benefits
About the Role
As a Production Assistant in our Tamworth fulfillment center, you’ll help us deliver personalized cards and gifts that mean the world to our customers. Every order represents a special moment — and your role is to make sure it arrives on time and to the highest standard.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll rotate across production areas including picking, packing, printing, and gift assembly. You’ll work as part of a supportive team, following clear processes while taking pride in accuracy and quality.
Role Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack cards, gifts, and products in line with customer orders
- Operate printing equipment to produce high-quality personalized items
- Assemble and present bundled gift products to brand standards
- Carry out detailed quality checks on printed and packed items
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
- Work flexibly across production areas to support business needs, especially during peak periods
- Report equipment issues, defects, or errors to team leaders promptly
- Contribute positively to team performance and continuous improvement

Person Criteria
- Positive, reliable, and team-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
- Ability to follow instructions and processes consistently
- Willingness to rotate across tasks and departments
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read orders and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends during peak periods
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or fulfillment environment
- Familiarity with print machinery, fabrication processes, or handheld scanners
- Understanding of health and safety practices within logistics or production
We will be holding an Assessment day at the Tamworth site on the 16th or 17th of September, so please ensure you are available to attend on either date if you are successful.
