THE BAMFORD COLLECTION IS A GROUP OF CONSCIOUSLY MINDED LIFESTYLE BRANDS COMMITTED TO NOURISHING AND NURTURING PEOPLE AND PLANET.
SALARY: £13.21 per hour
HOURS: 45 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 05.00-14.30 / 07.00-16.30, with rotating Saturday shifts during
peak periods (September-March).

We’re hiring Food Production Operatives to help craft our award-winning organic products, trusted and loved by customers across the UK. No previous experience required!
This role also includes staff meals during shifts, +1 additional day per year of service after 2 years.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm, executing all Daylesford Organic products to company specification
- Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision
- Keep our kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised
- Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging, and order prep for Retail, Catering, and Wholesale
