About Rezzil

Rezzil creates sports technology and gaming experiences across VR, mobile and console. Our products span professional sports performance, consumer gaming, immersive experiences and live data, combining real-world sports data with interactive technology. We work with leading sports organisations, leagues, broadcasters and brands to create products used by professional athletes and fans worldwide. As Rezzil continues to grow across multiple products, projects and technical disciplines, we are looking for a Production Assistant to help coordinate work across our development, technical art and art teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive Production Assistant to manage the day-to-day flow of work across Rezzil’s technical, development, and art teams. You will act as a key link between Producers, Heads of Product, team leads, and the people delivering the work. Your role is to translate requirements into clear, actionable tasks, assign them to the right people, and follow through to completion. Working closely with Technical Art Leads, Development Leads and other senior team members, you will break higher-level requirements into detailed Jira tasks, ensure dependencies and priorities are understood, and keep project boards accurate and up to date. You will attend project meetings, stand-ups, and planning sessions across the business, helping ensure leads have visibility into what is happening across different verticals, projects, and teams. This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, communicating across disciplines, and ensuring important details do not get lost between conversations and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks across development, technical art, art and other production teams.
  • Work with Producers, Heads of Product and team leads to translate project requirements into clear, actionable Jira tasks.
  • Collaborate with technical and discipline leads to add appropriate detail, acceptance criteria, dependencies and context to tasks before they enter production.
  • Ensure tasks are assigned to the appropriate team member and that ownership is always clear.
  • Maintain Jira boards, backlogs, priorities, sprint information and task statuses so they accurately reflect the current state of production.
  • Track work through to completion and proactively identify tasks that are blocked, delayed or missing information.
  • Escalate risks, resource conflicts and dependencies to the relevant Producer, Head of Product or team lead.
  • Attend stand-ups, planning meetings, project meetings and other relevant sessions, capturing actions and ensuring they are followed through.
  • Help teams understand upcoming priorities and ensure leads are aware of work being requested across different projects and verticals.
  • Coordinate with shared teams and resources where multiple projects require support from the same developers, artists or technical specialists.
  • Help prevent work entering production without sufficient information, ownership or approval.
  • Maintain clear documentation and project information within Jira, Confluence and other production tools.
  • Support Producers with sprint planning, workload visibility, milestone tracking and project reporting.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to gather missing assets, information, approvals or decisions required by the delivery teams.
  • Help improve production processes and identify opportunities to make communication, task management and project delivery more efficient.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working Across Rezzil

Rezzil operates across several products and verticals, with technical specialists often contributing to more than one project. A key part of this role is maintaining visibility across these teams and balancing competing priorities. You will work closely with Product, Production and discipline leads to ensure new requests are understood and scheduled before commitments are made, and that teams have the information needed to deliver effectively. The Production Assistant will not make technical decisions but should understand our workflows and disciplines enough to recognise when further clarification, technical input or escalation is required.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a production, project coordination, project management or similar organisational role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using Jira or a similar project management platform.
  • An ability to turn discussions, briefs and high-level requirements into clear and structured tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence communicating with developers, artists, technical specialists, producers and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a habit of following tasks through to completion.
  • The ability to identify missing information, unclear ownership, dependencies and potential blockers.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving rather than waiting for issues to be raised.
  • The ability to remain organised in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change.
  • A collaborative attitude and an understanding that different disciplines require different levels of detail and ways of working.

Desirable Experience

Experience within games, interactive entertainment, VR/AR, software development or another technical production environment would be particularly useful. It would also be beneficial to have:

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary development teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or sprint-based development.
  • Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools.
  • A basic understanding of game or software development pipelines.
  • Experience coordinating shared resources across multiple projects.
  • An interest in sports, games, immersive technology or emerging technology. Technical expertise isn't required, but curiosity and a willingness to understand how different teams work will matter.

Who We’re Looking For

You will suit this role if you notice when something discussed in a meeting has not made its way into Jira. You should be comfortable asking questions, chasing information and ensuring responsibilities are clear without becoming a bottleneck. You will need to build strong relationships with discipline leads and understand enough about each team’s workload to help information flow effectively between Product, Production and delivery teams. Over time, the role can develop into broader Production or Project Management responsibilities as your knowledge of Rezzil’s products, teams, and production processes grows.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + share options.
  • 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays.
  • Christmas closure (3 additional days).
  • Flexible working and hybrid options.
