Company Description
Beek Studios is a creative technology studio that makes complex ideas physical. We build interactive installations and live activations for large enterprise clients at major conferences including Mobile World Congress, Adobe Summit and Smart City Expo. We work end to end: shaping the concept, designing the experience, building the technology, and delivering it on site.
We are a bootstrapped, employee-owned team of six, founded by former Deloitte Digital innovation consultants. That gives us start-up pace alongside the enterprise experience our clients expect.
Role Description
A hybrid role based at our Southwark studio, two to three days a week in person, with international travel to deployments.
You will support the team across the full life of a project: keeping project boards, budgets and actions up to date, kit lists and packing lists, freight and carnet paperwork, venue and H&S documentation, site inductions, team travel and accommodation. On site you are part of the build and delivery crew. It is a hands-on introduction to how large interactive installations get made, shipped and run.

£40,000 to £45,000, plus pension, 40 days holiday, and health and dental cover.
Qualifications
We care more about how you work than whether you have done this exact job before.
- Organisation and coordination: you hold detail in fast-moving environments and bring order without being asked
- Communication: clear and confident in writing and in person, comfortable with direct feedback in both directions
- Problem solving: you spot things early and deal with them rather than escalating by default
- Curiosity about making: an interest in how physical and interactive things get built, through work, study or your own projects
- Comfortable with digital tools: email, spreadsheets and collaborative software, and willing to learn Notion, Figma, Slack and AI tools
- Happy to travel internationally and work long days on site during builds and events

Useful but not required: event production, live activations or set build; logistics, shipping or ATA carnet paperwork; CAD, 3D printing, electronics or workshop experience; previous coordinator or team support work.
