Job Description: Production Assistant

About Us:

Noetic is a global brand journalism partner and accelerator serving fast-growth global clients from our London and Europe hubs (with outposts in the US and Asia). We work with large organisations in technology, finance, professional services, and life sciences, creating their thought leadership, customer stories, and go-to-market content for decision-maker audiences.

We comprise a highly talented and exacting internal team - a description that applies to employees at every level - supported by a remarkable network of specialists developed over many years. This framework allows us to mobilise teams configured precisely for every brief, whatever the scale or specialism.

It also means that above all else, our core team needs to be:

  • Emotionally intelligent, serving as advocates, champions, and partners for clients.
  • Meticulously organised and expert at project management: driving teams and projects forward with clarity, energy, and goodwill to get the best from people.
  • Quality-focused and adept at giving feedback in a way that is results-oriented and constructive.

None of our roles is static. Every role should be considered dynamic - training for what comes next as we grow and expand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
