You’ll help keep productions organised and running smoothly, supporting Producers, Directors and the wider team from pre-production through to delivery. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get exposure to shoots, post-production, clients, suppliers and the day-to-day running of creative projects.
It’s a great opportunity for someone starting their career in production who is organised, proactive and keen to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Producers and production teams across multiple projects.
- Help with pre-production, including schedules, call sheets, crew, locations, kit and travel.
- Keep production documents, trackers and project information up to date.
- Help coordinate crew, freelancers, suppliers and production partners.
- Support shoots and be involved in the practical running of production days.
- Help manage production logistics, including equipment, catering, travel and locations.
- Assist with client and team communications.
- Support post-production, including organising feedback, assets and approvals.
- Help keep projects on track against timelines and budgets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
