Production Assistant
Salary: Competitive
Location: Grantham
Our client is currently seeking a dedicated production assistant, experienced or trainee, to join their team, based at their head office in Honington near Grantham, Lincolnshire. As a Design and Build Structural Steelwork company, they pride themselves on their innovative solutions and strong team culture.
The successful candidate will engage in various production administration tasks, operate CNC machine software programmes, and assist with their integrated management system. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent computer skills with a keen attention to detail
- A proactive and positive attitude towards work
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new software and processes
- Previous experience in production or structural steelwork is advantageous but not essential

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production administration tasks to ensure efficiency
