Production Assistant – Creative Production

Bishopsgate London | Freelance | 3 days per week onsite

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Production Assistant to join an embedded production team, supporting a major advertising agency client across the delivery of high-volume creative content. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their production career who already has experience within a creative, production, media or advertising agency environment and wants to build their hands-on production experience.

You’ll work closely with Producers and Creatives across short-form social, digital and advertising content, including TVCs – helping keep everything from schedules and assets to shoots and post-production moving smoothly and on time.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting Producers with the coordination and delivery of short-form advertising content and TVCs
  • Managing schedules, timelines, status trackers and production documentation
  • Coordinating creative assets, versions and approvals
  • Supporting shoot preparation, logistics, call sheets and production resources
  • Assisting with talent, studio, equipment and supplier bookings
  • Supporting creative, production and post-production workflows
  • Attending project meetings and keeping track of actions and next steps
  • Monitoring deadlines and flagging potential risks or delays
  • Carrying out quality checks on creative assets ahead of delivery
  • Supporting animatic briefings, budgets and production
  • Keeping project and workflow systems accurate and up to date

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
