Production Co-Ordinator - Entertainers
Full-Time | Essex-based
Entertainers is one of the UK’s Top 10 live entertainment promoters, producing and promoting more than 2,500 performances each year across the UK and internationally.
Alongside promoting a huge volume of live entertainment, we also create, produce and manage a large portfolio of our own touring productions, taking shows from initial concept and development through to full-scale national and international touring.
We’re looking for an experienced, highly organised Production Co-Ordinator to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of our busy touring operation.
This is a central role within the business, bridging the gap between our Production team, General Management, touring teams and every internal department involved in getting our shows on the road.
You’ll be responsible for keeping information moving, making sure everyone has what they need, and helping ensure our productions arrive at venues prepared, organised and ready to deliver.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
