Introduction 💻

We are looking for an ambitious Production Co-ordinator to join our Creative Technology Team. Working alongside the production team in our Sheffield office, the successful candidate will be key to contributing to the planning and co-ordinating of our projects, working alongside our team of Producers, and digital creatives. They will communicate to clients and ensure the smooth day to day operation of projects.

This is a fantastic starting role for people interested in a career in creative digital technology. We seek an individual with great organisation and communications skills. The ideal candidate will have experience around online technology, including websites, and CMS systems. They will have excellent writing and spreadsheet skills. They will understand how project management software works, and processes such as kanban boards and sprints. This role requires excellent client-facing skills and the ability to work across multiple projects.

  • Work as part of our delivery team alongside Producers to plan and oversee development of websites, online platforms, and digital installations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Act as a first point of contact for many of our existing clients for support issues.
  • Monitor and report on project health.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.

You'll thrive here if you have: ✨

  • You have training or experience in online technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of a website project lifecycle, including ongoing support.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills to help trouble shoot.
