I'm recruiting for an exciting creative production business where no two days – or projects – are ever quite the same.
They need someone to become the organisational heartbeat of their production operation – keeping jobs moving, priorities clear and everyone up to speed.
And here's the important bit… You DON'T need to come from the print industry.
Print, POS or production experience would certainly be useful, but we're much more interested in finding someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised
- Proactive – you spot what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked
- IT and systems savvy
- Great at juggling multiple jobs, deadlines and changing priorities
- Confident communicating across different teams
- Calm when things get busy
- Naturally curious and keen to learn

You'll help traffic work through the business, coordinating schedules and priorities and making sure every team has the information they need to get the job done.

You'll be working across a fascinating mix of projects including retail displays, large-format graphics, exhibitions, events, branded environments and installations – learning the production side as you go.

You might currently work in project administration, traffic/workflow coordination, scheduling, operations, customer service or a busy office environment. We're open-minded about your background.
