Job Description

Manpower is proud to be partnering with Johnson & Johnson to recruit a Production Coordinator to join the Production team in Blackpool.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation where you'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day production operations. Working closely with the Production Operations Lead and wider Production team, you'll coordinate key administrative activities, maintain production systems and documentation, and help ensure production processes run efficiently.

As a Production Coordinator, you'll be a central point of contact across the production function, supporting communication, maintaining accurate operational records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. If you're highly organised, enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and thrive on keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Production team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports and maintaining production documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact between Production staff and the Production Operations Lead, ensuring information is communicated effectively across the team.
  • Maintain accurate production schedules, inventory records, equipment usage data and ERP systems.
  • Produce reports and maintain operational databases to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Support quality activities by ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and audit-ready.
  • Identify opportunities to improve production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build positive working relationships across the Production team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve production objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail across all aspects of the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
