ROLE: PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
DATES: 28 SEPTEMBER TO 19 FEBRUARY (21 WEEKS)
LOCATION: LONDON (MIN 2 DAYS/WEEK IN HOLBORN OFFICE)
South Shore is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to work on a new format concept for a major brand's YouTube channel.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating logistics across multiple strand formats
- Travel and accommodation for contributors and crew
- Liaising with suppliers, crew, and internal teams
- Supporting the production manager with day-to-day tasks
- Sourcing and managing props and filming equipment
- Being a production presence on shoot days to ensure efficient and smooth running of shows.

What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 Production Coordinator credits
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Experience of post production processes required, ideally focussed around social media content
- The ideal candidate will have worked on YouTube based content before and have knowledge on delivering weekly content.
