Production Coordinator - Consumer Goods
North London | Hybrid | 2-3 days a week in the office | Circa £40k + benefits
I'm working with a great international consumer goods business in North London who are looking for a Production Coordinator to join the team.
It's quite a broad role, so I'm open on exact background. You could be working in production, buying, merchandising, supply or wholesale at the moment. What's important is that you've had some experience working with factories or suppliers and understand production lead times and what happens from an order being placed through to delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You don't need to have done every part of the role before. I'm looking for someone who is organised, good with detail, comfortable dealing with different people and happy taking ownership when something needs sorting.
I've recruited for this business for a number of years and it's genuinely a lovely place to work. The team is great, there's lots going on and good opportunity to develop.
If it sounds like it could be of interest, I'd love to hear from you.
