Production Planning Coordinator – 12 Month FTC – Wokingham – Office Based – £35,000–£38,000 + Excellent Benefits

About the Job

As Production Planning Coordinator, you'll join a busy scheduling team, coordinating people, resources and logistics across varied productions. You'll work closely with internal teams, freelancers and production colleagues to ensure schedules are accurate, arrangements are confirmed and any changes are handled efficiently.

  • Coordinating schedules across multiple productions
  • Booking freelancers and communicating assignments and changes
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and associated logistics
  • Managing accreditation and ensuring information is submitted accurately
  • Maintaining scheduling systems, production plans and documentation
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting supplier and freelancer administration
  • Liaising with Production Managers, Heads of Department and wider internal teams
  • Responding to schedule changes and resolving issues quickly
  • Supporting improvements to planning and coordination processes

About the Successful Applicant

You'll be highly organised, methodical and confident managing competing priorities in a busy environment. Strong communication, systems skills and attention to detail are essential, with previous experience in scheduling, production coordination or a similarly fast-paced operational role particularly useful.
