Job Title: Production Coordinator

We're looking for an organised, proactive Production Coordinator to support the NaF+ UK team across production, from initial enquiries and project preparation through to filming, delivery and financial wrap.

This is a junior role suited to someone with some practical production or administrative experience who wants to develop their career. You'll help keep projects organised, paperwork accurate and communication moving, with guidance from experienced production colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate crew, supplier, travel and accommodation bookings under the direction of the production lead
  • Maintain production schedules, contact lists, booking records and project files
  • Prepare and track contract paperwork, purchase order requests and required production documents, liaising with Legal and Finance
  • Check that supplier invoices contain the required information, track their progress and flag missing documents or payment queries
  • Support production wrap by collating invoices, expenses and cost records for review
  • Assist with project research, supplier enquiries and gathering information for budgets and bids
  • Communicate with clients, crew and suppliers, providing agreed updates and escalating questions to the appropriate production lead
  • Attend local shoots where required and support the team with on-site coordination

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
