Help us bring Dementia UK’s new brand to life.
This is an exciting time to join Dementia UK as we prepare to roll out our new brand. In this varied, hands-on role as Production Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of that rollout, helping creative projects run smoothly from initial brief through to final delivery.
Joining us on a 12-month fixed term contract, you’ll work closely with our Brand and Marketing team, coordinating creative briefs, schedules, reviews and approvals, keeping projects organised and everyone informed. You’ll work with inhouse creatives, freelancers, printers and other suppliers to support the production and delivery of high-quality creative work.
You’ll be highly organised, with experience of coordinating projects or production within a busy creative or marketing environment. You’ll understand the creative production process and know what creative teams need to deliver their best work, while confidently managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
As a strong communicator, you’ll be comfortable working with colleagues and external suppliers, asking the right questions and making sure everyone has the information they need. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and the initiative to identify potential issues, find solutions and keep work moving.
You’ll also support the practical side of creative production, from coordinating print and obtaining quotes to managing purchase orders and invoices. Experience of Monday.com or a similar project management tool would be useful, but isn’t essential.

Salary:
£34,000 - £36,000 per annum
Contract:
12 month fixed, full-time
Location:
hybrid - a minimum of one day in our Aldgate, London office per week
Closing date:
