An exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join the award-winning team at Aurora
Applicants should have at least 2 credits at Production Coordinator level. The role will be assisting the Production Management team with logistics for multiple international shoots. The ideal candidate will have a good attention to detail, be able to plan multiple shoots in different countries, be confident at confirming rates with crew, and experienced at raising Purchase Orders.

Job Responsibilities
- Organising shoots
- Preparing and distributing call sheets
- Looking after international travel arrangements for large crews and production team
- Liaising with freelance crew and suppliers
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- International on location support

Aptitudes
- Team player
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Good client liaison and communication
- Interest in sport is an advantage
Required skills
- Minimum of two credits for TV broadcast as a Production Coordinator
- Experience of working with small and large crews
- Experience with PMI not essential, but advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident at negotiating rates with freelancers
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Willingness and ability to travel in UK and internationally
- Confident at managing call sheets and creating risk assessments
