An exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join the award-winning team at Aurora

Applicants should have at least 2 credits at Production Coordinator level. The role will be assisting the Production Management team with logistics for multiple international shoots. The ideal candidate will have a good attention to detail, be able to plan multiple shoots in different countries, be confident at confirming rates with crew, and experienced at raising Purchase Orders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organising shoots
  • Preparing and distributing call sheets
  • Looking after international travel arrangements for large crews and production team
  • Liaising with freelance crew and suppliers
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • International on location support

Aptitudes

  • Team player
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Good client liaison and communication
  • Interest in sport is an advantage

Required skills

  • Minimum of two credits for TV broadcast as a Production Coordinator
  • Experience of working with small and large crews
  • Experience with PMI not essential, but advantageous
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confident at negotiating rates with freelancers
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness and ability to travel in UK and internationally
  • Confident at managing call sheets and creating risk assessments
