EasyDose Production Coordinator
EasyDose is seeking a Production Coordinator for our growing UK medical cannabis line.
We are an international medical cannabis company working in Canada, Australia and the UK. This role will coordinate day-to-day production with our UK processing partners and help keep products, paperwork and shipments moving on schedule.
The position is fully remote and will start at approximately 20 hours per week. We expect the role to grow to full time within six months.
What you'll be doing
You will be the main day-to-day contact between EasyDose and our UK production partners. Your work will include:
- Coordinating production schedules and purchase orders
- Following up on production dates and outstanding items
- Coordinating packaging, labels and artwork
- Collecting and organising batch documentation and COAs
- Coordinating QA documentation and follow-up
- Supporting import and export documentation
- Keeping UK inventory records current
- Coordinating invoices and shipment information
- Tracking shipments through to delivery
- Following up on complaints, deviations and production issues
- Keeping internal production records organised and current

Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone with a demonstrated history of being very well organised, diligent and an excellent written communicator.
You should be comfortable managing several projects at once, keeping accurate records and following things through to completion.
You will need:
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating directly with suppliers and production partners
- The ability to work independently from home and manage your own schedule
- Availability during normal UK business hours when needed
Experience in pharmaceuticals or medical cannabis is not required.
Candidates of all education levels are invited to apply. Candidates with a professional or academic background in operations management, production supervision, project management or communications are preferred.

The position is approximately 20 hours per week. You will manage your own schedule, with availability during UK business hours when the work requires it.
The position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the UK. Candidates from outside of the United Kingdom will not be considered.
Occasional travel will be required, generally once per quarter or as needed. Our principal UK production partners are located in Sunderland and Northumberland in North East England, and Surrey in South East England. Required business travel is paid for by the company.
Where the role can go
We expect this role to grow into a full-time position within approximately six months, with expanded responsibilities and growth within the firm.
