Coordinator Production Operations
Production Coordinator
N. Ireland / UK

The role
Wander is looking for a Production Coordinator to support our project delivery as our slate grows. This is a hands-on coordination role in a small studio. You will be across all active projects, supporting scheduling, communication, and delivery logistics.
You will work closely with the studio's senior team to keep productions on track. At this stage of the studio's development, the role is broad by design. We need someone who is comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity and who can build process as much as follow it.
You likely have
- Experience in a production coordination or junior production management role in VFX, post-production, film, or HETV
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to track multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication: you are the connective tissue between the creative team and the client
- Familiarity with production tracking tools and general project management practice
- A calm, methodical approach under deadline pressure

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
