London; the role is full time out of our Waterloo office.
The Role:
R.A.D® is looking for a Production & Creative Manager to manage R.A.D®s internal media team and own the coordination and communication with our external creative agencies.
The candidate should be highly experienced in production management, cost forecasting/budgeting, shoot production and agency management. This role will focus on overseeing the processes, systems and resources that support creative projects, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of high-quality content - delivered on brief and by deadlines. This is not a creative role.
This role reports to the Media Director, with a close working relationship with our external agencies and R.A.D® marketing teams. The role will also involve working closely with other key stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:
- Be the link between the R.A.D® marketing team & external creative agency.
- Own the deliverables sheets. Understand each deliverable in detail and make plans on how to execute each one. Ensure the deliverables are clear and kept up to date. Manage and communicate with our creative agencies when things change or new deliverables get added.
- Manage the approval process – ensuring all relevant stakeholders have had input into the creative process at the relevant times.
- Manage the working relationship with our external creative agency to ensure clarity of briefs and delivery deadlines. Provide them with what they need to ensure deliverables are delivered on time.
- Enable the marketing department to be successful by overseeing and coordinating the production of all assets that are needed to execute across all channels, from concept through to delivery.
- Organise and execute shoots, sometimes at short notice, working closely with relevant stakeholders. This will include; managing stakeholders, procuring models, organising products/props, sourcing videographers/photographers, locations, scheduling, working with Marketing on deliverables.
- Own the production and postproduction of all ecomms and any other shoots as required.
- Work with the Media Director to optimise shoots, budgets, post-production and any other areas for improvement, automation and efficiencies. Always thinking ‘how could we have done that better’.
- Own & report on production budgets.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Key point for communication between internal teams and external agency – proactively confirming feedback / deadlines / product delays.
- Proactive in all aspects of the role and able to implement processes that make the whole production process as efficient as possible.
- Assertive and confident in managing relationships at all levels of the business; holding internal and external teams to task while also being able to manage expectations and push back where necessary to prioritise asset delivery.
- Able to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a can-do attitude, always finding a way to drive progress/delivery.
