Description

Fixed term - 9 months

Main Purpose

The Production Data Analyst Support role is responsible for managing and delivering key data reports that inform manufacturing and forecasting decisions across the business. Working closely with production managers, forecasting teams, and senior leadership, the role ensures smooth day-to-day reporting, supports seasonal planning, and provides accurate visibility of production performance.

Key Objectives

  • Ensure Data Accuracy and Integrity
  • Support Production Efficiency
  • Create reporting tools that provide actionable insights for production management and production leads.
  • Train and Develop Staff - Educate users on how to access and interpret data, Provide support for tools and platforms used for data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Data Management
    • Managed daily and weekly production reporting across UK manufacturing, providing accurate data on headcounts, fulfilment rates, and production performance to senior management.
    • Delivered ad hoc data analysis and reporting to support decision-making, cover absences, and improve overall reporting efficiency.
    • Produced and maintained UK Seasonal Stock Trackers for seasonal and ad hoc launches, ensuring forecast accuracy and effective communication with stakeholders.
    • Provided UK and Croatia market data for inclusion in global production reports, supporting international visibility and consistency.

  • Forecasting & Planning

    • Supported operational planning by maintaining production trackers, updating forecasts, and communicating key changes to manufacturing and retail departments.
    • Collaborated with forecasting teams during seasonal reviews, updating trackers and ensuring alignment between production plans and sales forecasts.
    • Analysed daily sales vs. forecast data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improved production alignment.
  • Inventory & Fulfilment Visibility

    • Monitored and reported stock holdings across warehouses and distribution facilities to ensure visibility and support strategic stock decisions.
    • Contributed to fulfilment reporting, maintaining visibility of stock availability and delivery performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

    • Built strong relationships with production, forecasting, and finance teams, acting as a key liaison for operational data support.
    • Attended monthly production and finance meetings, contributing data-driven insights on staffing, fulfilment, and forecast accuracy.
    • Communicated key operational updates and insights across departments to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.

  • Maintains a positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.
