We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Production Designer to join our Content Design team.
This is a role for a Designer with exceptional design skills with a knack for technical and creative problem solving, passionate about visual design, typography and a proven history of creating graphic design solutions that make clear and compelling user experiences. This position will work closely with Art Directors, the Creative Director, Creative Producers as well as Cross Functional Producers.
Key Qualifications
- Comfortable with an iterative process
- Strong command of visual and communication design principles
- Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, motion and illustration
- Experience working with photo retouching/compositing
- Clear and concise communicator displaying strong organisation and teamwork skills
- Authors, shares and merchandises ideas in a cogent and inspiring manner
- Delivers highly-resolved works at the intersection of culture and design
- Ability to prototype visual design work in situation
- A keen ability to create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions to the wider creative/management team—quickly and beautifully
- Passionate about music culture

Our Ideal Candidate
- Is a fountain of ideas and creative thinking who can think and implement quickly, laterally, independently or collaboratively
- Is motivated and driven, and collaborates well with other creatives and creative producers and cross-functional to solve complex problems with simple solutions
- Able to work with global teams, across time zones, date lines and traditional routine
- High-level of taste and sensitivity to visual design trends
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principals
- Experience naming files according to production specifications
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process related issues
Additional Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering strong creative ideas across digital, social or static and print media
- 5-7 years relevant design experience
- Clear and concise communication and organisation skills
- Fluency in clients products services (Music, TV App, App Store, Podcasts, Books, etc)
- Passionate about the brand and relentless in preserving its authenticity
