About the Role

We are seeking a highly talented and detail-oriented Production Designer to join a dynamic creative team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling visual narratives and ensuring the highest quality of design execution. You will bring exceptional design skills, a knack for technical and creative problem-solving, and a deep passion for visual design and typography to create clear and engaging user experiences. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to projects that define industry standards and resonate with a vast, global audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors, the Creative Director, Creative Producers, and Cross-Functional Producers to bring creative visions to life.
  • Translate creative concepts into polished, production-ready assets, maintaining the highest standards of visual design and brand authenticity.
  • Execute graphic design solutions that deliver clear and compelling user experiences across various digital, social, and print media.
  • Prototype visual design work in various situations to demonstrate functionality and aesthetic.
  • Create and present highly resolved work that reflects cultural relevance and design excellence.
  • Work independently to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Package and present design solutions quickly and beautifully to wider creative and management teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-7 years of relevant design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in delivering creative ideas across digital, social, static, and print media.
  • Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong command of visual and communication design principles.
  • Experience working with photo retouching and compositing.
  • Comfortable with an iterative design process, adapting and refining work based on feedback.
  • Clear, concise communication and strong organizational skills, coupled with excellent teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to author, share, and merchandise ideas in a cogent and inspiring manner.
  • Passion for graphic design, typography, photography, motion, and illustration.
  • Relentless passion for the client’s brand identity and a commitment to preserving its authenticity.
  • Fluency in the client’s diverse range of digital content and services.

  • A fountain of ideas and creative thinking, with the ability to think and implement quickly, laterally, independently, or collaboratively.
  • Motivated and driven, collaborating effectively with other creatives and producers to solve complex problems with simple solutions.
  • Ability to work with global teams across different time zones and traditional routines.
  • High-level of taste and sensitivity to visual design trends.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Experience naming files according to production specifications.
  • Passionate about current cultural trends and their visual representation.
