Production Designer
A global entertainment and technology brand is looking for a talented, detail-oriented Production Designer to join its Content Design team in London for an initial 6-month contract.
Role Overview
This is a London-based, hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home. This is not a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring creative and technical problem-solving skills to a high-volume production environment, creating clear, compelling, and beautifully resolved visual experiences across digital, social, static, and print.
- Partner closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Creative Producers, and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality creative.
- Translate creative concepts into polished, production-ready visual design and work across high volumes of templates, adaptations, and deliverables, maintaining consistency and an exceptional level of craft at speed.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, templates, and creative output while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Work iteratively, prototype visual solutions, troubleshoot technical and production challenges, and contribute ideas throughout the creative process.

Key Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant design experience.
- Strong command of visual and communication design principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with photo retouching and compositing.
- A strong understanding of typography, graphic design, photography, illustration, and visual storytelling.
- Interest in or experience with motion design.
- Experience working across digital, social, static, and/or print.
- Excellent creative and technical problem-solving skills.
- A highly collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively with designers, art directors, producers, and cross-functional partners.
- Experience managing high-volume creative production and multiple deliverables without compromising quality.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and deliver highly resolved work with minimal supervision.
- A strong eye for contemporary visual culture, trends, and design.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience working within production specifications and maintaining accurate file structures and naming conventions.

Portfolio Requirements
A portfolio demonstrating a high level of visual design and creative execution across digital, social, static, and/or print, alongside proven ability to manage high-volume production and deliver consistently high-quality work at pace.
