Job Opportunity: Production Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Production Designer based in the United Kingdom.

About the Role

This role is designed for a creative and detail-oriented designer who can bring brand experiences to life across digital channels.

  • You will contribute to the development of high-quality marketing and web assets that strengthen how users experience the product.
  • Working within a collaborative creative environment, you will transform ideas into polished visual experiences across multiple platforms.
  • The role combines visual design, UI thinking, motion, and storytelling to create impactful customer-facing materials.
  • You will partner closely with marketing, designers, developers, and content teams to maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • This is an opportunity to influence a growing global brand while working in a remote-first, innovation-driven environment.

Accountabilities

The Production Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets and supporting the expansion of the brand’s creative presence across different channels. The role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve diverse design challenges from concept to delivery.

  • Design high-quality marketing materials including landing pages, advertising campaigns, sales presentations, and product launch assets.
  • Extend and evolve the visual language across new creative formats and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and content teams to create cohesive experiences across web, social media, and brand channels.
  • Develop polished visual designs, interactive experiences, and prototypes that communicate ideas effectively.
  • Apply strong design judgment to solve creative challenges while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to creative processes, workflows, and design standards.
  • Ensure all deliverables reflect a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a visually driven designer with experience creating digital experiences for marketing, branding, or web environments. You should combine strong creative instincts with technical understanding and the ability to independently manage projects in a fast-paced setting.

  • Around 2+ years of professional experience in web design, marketing design, brand design, or a related creative field.
  • Strong visual design skills with experience in UI, interactive design, and motion principles.
  • Excellent eye for typography, composition, layout, and overall design quality.
  • Ability to create polished designs that balance aesthetics, usability, and business objectives.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketers.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating refined user experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
