As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Events Production Director (Executive Producer) to lead the delivery of some of our largest, most strategically important client programmes.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines exceptional production expertise with commercial thinking, outstanding client management skills, and the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams. Reporting into senior agency leadership, you'll oversee the strategic production and delivery of complex global event programmes, ensuring every project exceeds client expectations while remaining commercially successful.

Working alongside Client Services, Creative, Technical Production, and Project Management teams, you'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance from initial brief through to onsite delivery.

Strategic Production Leadership

  • Lead the production strategy for large-scale global events and integrated programmes.
  • Challenge client briefs, identifying opportunities to enhance audience engagement, attendee experience, and event effectiveness.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a strategic production partner.
  • Translate creative ideas into practical, deliverable production solutions that align with budgets and business objectives.
  • Drive production excellence and continuous improvement across the agency.

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead multiple high-profile live event programmes from concept through onsite delivery.
  • Own production planning, project governance, documentation, timelines, and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors, Project Directors, Creative, and Technical Production teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and commercially successful.
  • Identify risks early and implement practical solutions to maintain delivery excellence.
  • Oversee onsite execution, confidently leading clients, suppliers, venues, and project teams throughout delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
