Job Description

Job Posting – Production Employee

What you can look forward to as a Workshop Technician

  • Dismantle, inspect and reassemble transmissions, axles and final drive assemblies in accordance with pre-determined work instructions and specifications.
  • Use inspection measuring and test equipment to determine component conformity and ensure product quality
  • Work on own initiative and as part of a team to solve work related technical problems
  • Use IT equipment to extract and record technical and logistical information including the creation of inspection reports and identification of required parts
  • Accountable for the correct and safe usage of tooling and equipment.
  • Help promote the behaviors identified within the Companies culture.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations department
  • To undertake any other ad hoc duties within the operations function to support the effective running of the department.
