Working with the senior management team you will ensure the business has the production capability to deliver complex electronic manufacturing projects on-time and budget.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage NPI process for new and existing products
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure NPI and production programmes are on track
  • Manage ECR, ECN, PFMEA, FMECA and part obsolescence processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production / quality events
  • Use production data to improve efficiency and effectiveness

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Extensive production engineering experience gained in a complex electronic manufacturing environment
  • Manufacturing problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of engineering process management tools – ECN, ECR, FMEAs etc
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven NPI project management skills
  • Success using data to identify improvement opportunities
