A varied role with genuine ownership and scope to develop
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Production Engineer to join their technical team.
This is a varied, hands-on role with responsibility for developing and improving manufacturing processes from customer drawings through to production.
As the Production Engineer You will:
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes and routings
- Support CNC programming, tooling and workholding requirements
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues
- Drive improvements in efficiency, cost and machine performance
- Support new product introduction and process development
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation
- Work with suppliers and internal teams on technical improvements

We are looking for someone with the following experience:
- We're looking for a practical and technically minded engineer with experience in a precision manufacturing or CNC environment.
- CNC machining and programming
- Engineering drawings and tolerancing
- Tooling and workholding
- Process improvement
- CAD
