Planning Engineer

Are you ready to shape the future of manufacturing? Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors, a leading name in the automotive industry, is seeking a talented Planning Engineer to join their dynamic team in Crewe. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to exciting projects and make a real impact in a vibrant manufacturing environment!

Contract Type: Temporary

Rate: Competitive

Working Pattern: Full Time, 35 hour per week Monday - Friday, Hybrid

Location: Crewe

What You'll Do

As a Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering detailed planning requirements across various manufacturing zones. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring manufacturing feasibility aligns with project requirements
  • Delivering Quality Planning (APQP) processes during Pre-series and Series Production
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolutions for manufacturing and process challenges
  • Leading cost-saving initiatives and managing budgets effectively
  • Overseeing engineering change introductions in line with project timelines

Who You Are

We're looking for a motivated professional with:

  • A strong technical background in product assembly and process design
  • Experience working cross-functionally within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • A passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
