Planning Engineer

Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors, a leading name in the automotive industry, is seeking a talented Planning Engineer to join their dynamic team in Crewe. Rate: Competitive
Working Pattern: Full Time, 35 hour per week Monday - Friday, Hybrid
Location: Crewe
What You'll Do
As a Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering detailed planning requirements across various manufacturing zones. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring manufacturing feasibility aligns with project requirements
- Delivering Quality Planning (APQP) processes during Pre-series and Series Production
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolutions for manufacturing and process challenges
- Leading cost-saving initiatives and managing budgets effectively
- Overseeing engineering change introductions in line with project timelines
Who You Are
We're looking for a motivated professional with:
- A strong technical background in product assembly and process design
- Experience working cross-functionally within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
