I'm working with an innovative technology company developing cutting-edge products, and they're looking for a Production Engineer to join their growing team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in taking products from prototype builds through to production, working across manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing, and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing:
- Building, assembling, and testing complex mechanical, electrical, or optical systems
- Supporting the transition of products from prototype into production
- Troubleshooting, fault-finding, and resolving manufacturing issues
- Creating and maintaining SOPs and production documentation
- Driving improvements across manufacturing processes, efficiency, and quality
- Supporting 3D printing and managing parts and inventory
- Working with suppliers and outsourced components

We're looking for:
- Production or manufacturing experience within a Mechanical, Electrical, or Optical engineering environment
- Hands-on experience with assembly, integration, and testing
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Experience working with complex hardware or technical products
- Someone proactive, practical, and detail-oriented who enjoys solving problems
- Experience supporting the journey from prototype to production would be highly beneficial
