Position: Production Engineer
Location: Gloucester
Job Type: Permanent / On site
My client, a globally recognised manufacturing business, are seeking an experienced Production Engineer. The role will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Role and Responsibilities – Production Engineer
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and making sure quality is of the highest standard.
Other responsibilities include:
- Design, implement, and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage within production schedules and coordinate with supply chain and planning teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production.

Experience or Qualifications – Production Engineer
- Degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience / Knowledge of working within a CNC machinery environment.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD software.
