Quantum Aseptics
Be Part of Something That Matters at Quantum Aseptics
Every day, patients rely on timely, high-quality aseptic medicines to support critical treatments. At Quantum Aseptics, we help make that possible.
Quantum Aseptics prepares patient-specific, dose-banded and batch-made aseptically compounded medicines for NHS and private hospitals across the UK, with a strong focus on chemotherapy, monoclonal antibody therapies and other specialist preparations. Our work supports clinical teams when quality, accuracy and responsiveness matter most.
As part of Target Healthcare Group, Quantum Aseptics combines specialist pharmaceutical expertise with investment in modern facilities, technology and quality systems. With compounding facilities in Burnopfield and Luton, and further growth planned, we are continuing to expand our capacity and capabilities while keeping patients and customers at the heart of everything we do.
Whether you work in manufacturing, quality, science, engineering, logistics, customer service or corporate functions, you will play a part in delivering medicines that hospitals and patients depend on. We are looking for people who care about doing things properly, who thrive in a regulated environment and who want their work to make a meaningful difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
