Role: Production General Operator
Career Step Level: Step level 1.1
Location: Blyth, Worksop
Salary: £32,642 (£15.26 per hour)
Hours: This is a full-time permanent contract, working a rolling average of 41 hours per week with a shift rotation of days and some weekend working. The shifts are as follows:
- 4 on/ 4 off = 2 day, 2 nights
- 5 on, 5 off = 3 days, 2 nights
- 5 on, 5 off = 2 days, 3 nights

The Job
In this role, you can expect to:
- Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures and wearing protective equipment correctly at all times.
- Unpack, pack, load, and unload (boxes, finished goods, raw materials), monitoring production lines.
- Complete general tasks such as waste processing and order packing.
- Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators.
- Maintain general facility hygiene - floors, walls, and conveyors, following our 'clean as you go' approach.
- Be humble in work duties, being open to jump in the fulfillment area or carry out warehouse duties to help the wider team.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that we meet product specifications.
What We're Looking For
- Available for a rotating shift schedule - a mixture of days / nights and some weekend working.
- Hard-working & diligent with a hunger to learn.
- Comfortable working with raw materials such as beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb.
- Flexible, pragmatic, resilient, & humble.
- Committed to food quality & safety.
- Good level of speaking English.
- Loves dogs (naturally).

The Interview Process
- Initial call with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, carried out remotely.
- Skills/Behaviours interview, usually carried out in person.

- This role is 100% based in our kitchen in Blyth, Doncaster.
