Job Description

The Role

The Production Lead is responsible for translating creative strategy into executable production plans, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns, content, and creative assets across multiple brands and channels. Acting as the link between creative, marketing, commercial and working within the Photostudio and Production team, the role ensures work is delivered efficiently, at scale, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end to end production of creative campaigns, content, and brand initiatives from brief to delivery.
  • Translate creative concepts into clear production plans, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery schedules.
  • Line manage and develop production team providing coaching, direction, performance management, and workload prioritisation.
  • Allocate resources across projects and production streams to ensure efficient delivery against business priorities.
  • Partner with creative, brand, marketing, digital, and studio team to align priorities and ensure successful execution.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Ensure all outputs meet quality, brand, legal, and platform standards.
  • Drive efficient production processes, resource planning, and workflow improvements to support scalable delivery.
  • Support the adoption of new technologies, automation, and AI-enabled production capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and to the required standard.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in creative production, campaign delivery, content production, or studio operations.
  • Strong project management, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel creative programmes.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance creative quality and operational efficiency.
  • Experience within retail, digital, media, marketing, or agency environments desirable.
  • Creative and analytical professional, balancing big-picture trends and detailed commercial performance.
  • You will have a forensic commercial mindset, always considering the commercial impact of any decision.
  • Someone who is comfortable juggling multiple projects acting both decisively and instinctively without support from managers.
  • Able to demonstrate Frasers Principles:
    • Own it - Will take pride in what you do with confidence, but not overconfidence. It’s important you take ownership of your decisions, stand by your convictions and reason with contradiction.
    • Think without limits - See the possible in impossible and will be open-minded and humble, not afraid to take a risk if it’s the best option for the business.
