Production Line Leader - £14.00ph | Temp to Perm | Immediate Start

Location: Outskirts of Colchester, Essex

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Hours: 06:00-14:30 (hours may vary due to company needs)

Days: Monday-Friday, with Saturdays regularly available

Contract: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Start: ASAP

Transport: Own vehicle essential (no public transport links)

We are currently recruiting for a Production Line Leader to join a busy and fast-paced food manufacturing site based on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production worker or someone with previous team-leading experience who is looking for a long-term position with progression opportunities.

Your Duties Will Include

  • Leading and supporting the production line
  • Monitoring production and ensuring targets are met
  • Carrying out quality checks
  • Cleaning production areas and equipment
  • Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
  • Supporting and motivating the production team
  • Following all company health & safety and food safety procedures
  • Assisting with general production duties as required

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced food production environment
  • Confident leading a team and taking responsibility
  • Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible and willing to support the needs of the business
  • Available to work Monday-Friday, with regular Saturday availability

Due to the location of the site, you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle. There are no public transport links available, so candidates must be able to reliably commute to the site independently.
