ISS is a leading service provider in the UK Fresh Produce sector. Since 2014, we have grown to operate four sites across Kent, employing over 1,300 colleagues. As we continue to expand, we are looking for Production Line Operatives to join our production team.

About The Role

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will pack fresh produce across a variety of production lines. You will ensure products meet customer quality standards while working to line speed targets and supporting the smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pack products in line with customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Work to set targets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and report any quality issues or machine concerns.
  • Maintain a “right first time” approach to minimise waste and rework.
  • Follow all health & safety, hygiene and PPE requirements.
  • Keep work areas clean and organised (clean as you go).
  • Support team performance and assist with training new starters.
