Role Description
Join our team as a Production Line Operator in Chertsey. You'll operate production machinery, ensure quality standards are met, follow operational procedures, and support the smooth running of the production line. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on assembly experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Electronics assembly
- Small precision parts assembly
- Medical equipment manufacturing
- Automotive manufacturing
Core Responsibilities
- Mechanical Assembly following a build process.
- Hand assembly of components with Glue.
- Assembling pieces, parts, and products to finished goods level by using a variety of specialized equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of basic form filling of process stages on PC.
- Unpacking and arranging the parts for the production process.
- Assembly of Plastic, Metal assemblies and as per the work instructions.
- Carrying out visual quality checks and packing.

Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure product standards
- Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively
- Ability to follow safety and operational protocols with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
