We’re Hiring: Production Manager
Location: Caernarfon
We’re looking for an organised, hands-on Production Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our manufacturing facility in Caernarfon.
This is a key role for someone who enjoys bringing people, materials and processes together to create a safe, efficient and productive working environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan labour and allocate resources to meet production requirements
- Manage material planning and availability
- Coordinate daily production schedules and priorities
- Lead, support and develop the production team
- Monitor performance, quality and output
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and production flow
- Reduce bottlenecks, delays and waste
- Work closely with other teams to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the facility

About you:
- Experience managing a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A practical, proactive and improvement-focused approach
- Confident leading teams and managing changing priorities
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Experience within a woodworking facility would be an advantage, but it is not essential
