Production Manager – Bring World-Class Luxury Events to Life
North London
Salary: up to £50k
Are you a technically minded live event producer ready to take on high-net-worth international productions? Step up into a role where precision engineering meets high-end luxury, delivering extraordinary, trend-setting experiences across the globe.
What’s Different About This Role?
- Dual-Track Ownership: Take full end-to-end ownership of smaller, high-end events while co-piloting complex, large-scale international productions alongside senior leaders.
- Creative & Technical Integration: Translate ambitious creative concepts into seamless technical setups—from lighting, audio, and video to bespoke staging and temporary structures.
- Global Footprint: Based out of London, your work will take you across the UK and internationally to execute spectacular celebrations for HNW clients and global brands.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ Years in Live Events/Production: Proven hands-on experience managing production for small-to-medium live events.
- Solid Technical Literacy: Confident understanding of AV, lighting, audio, video, staging, and temporary structures.
- On-Site & Logistical Acumen: Experience running builds, de-rigs, supplier crews, site surveys, and H&S regulations.
- Composure & Mobility: Calm under pressure, a full UK driving licence, and total flexibility for international travel and weekend delivery.

What You’ll Do:
- Production Planning: Build detailed technical schedules, documentation, and site surveys to bring designs to life.
- Project & Budget Management: Lead event delivery, manage suppliers/freelancers, and track project budgets and costs.
- On-Site Operations: Direct builds and de-rigs, coordinate transport and crew logistics, and solve issues on the fly.
- Collaboration & Support: Work with creative teams, input technical specs into client pitches, and support junior coordinators.
