360PM is an international production company specialising in fashion, beauty and luxury advertising.

Our teams in Paris, London, Milan and New York provide creative, logistical and technical production support across photography, motion and events.

About the role

We are looking for a Production Manager to join the 360PM team in London. You will help organise editorial and commercial photo and video shoots from pre-production through to delivery, helping keep budgets, schedules, crew and logistics running smoothly.

You will work closely with photographers and creative teams, crew and suppliers to keep each production organised, on schedule and within budget.

What you will do

  • Prepare and manage production budgets, estimates and schedules
  • Coordinate crew, freelancers, suppliers, locations, equipment, transport
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for creative teams
  • Manage full production from pre-production, location scouting, onset through to post production and wrap
  • Track costs, reconcile budgets and coordinate invoices and payments

About you

  • At least 3 years experience in photographer, film or creative production
  • Experience supporting commercial, editorial, fashion or luxury shoots
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident managing budgets, schedules, and several projects at once
  • Experienced in post production management
  • Calm, practical and able to solve problems
  • Available for occasional travel within Europe

Contract details

  • Start: Beginning October
  • Full time fixed term based in London
  • Hybrid working: 4 days per week in the office, with Friday WFH
  • Salary: 30K GBP per year with performance bonus
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
