An Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Production Manager
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to lead GMP-regulated pharmaceutical production operations. You will be responsible for ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and compliantly while driving team performance, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Production team, driving performance and accountability.
- Oversee GMP production activities, ensuring customer requirements are delivered on time.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, company procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage deviations, CAPAs, investigations, and change controls.
- Develop and monitor departmental KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead Health & Safety compliance, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, training, and succession planning.
- Ensure production facilities, equipment, and consumables are maintained and audit ready.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience managing teams within a GMP-regulated production environment.
- Strong understanding of GMP, quality systems, CAPA management, and audit readiness.
- Proven leadership, workforce planning, and continuous improvement experience.
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge and commitment to compliance.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within a GMP production environment.
