Role Description:
The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities for the company's retail offerings. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling production, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring that quality standards, timelines, and cost targets are met. The role involves monitoring workflow, resolving production issues, optimising processes, and maintaining accurate production documentation and inventory records. The Production Manager collaborates with design, sales, and operations to align production output with customer demand and business goals, while promoting a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in production management, including planning, scheduling, and workflow optimisation.
- Strong skills in quality control, process improvement, and problem-solving within a retail or manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency with production tracking tools, inventory management systems, and basic data analysis.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance in an on-site production environment.
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions under time constraints, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in art, design, or retail production is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in production management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
