An exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to work with Aurora Media.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of credits at PM level with a varied experience across OBs, Live Events, and international productions. The ideal candidate will have a good attention to detail, work well with a variety of teams, be confident on location, and have experience on live events. The role will include managing multiple stakeholders from different territories and clients.

Location London (WC1)

Job Responsibilities

  • Management of multiple international production teams
  • Coordinating crew, talent, and editorial teams
  • Travelling to international events when needed
  • Working directly with multiple production teams
  • Working to Production Executive/Head of production
  • Logistics for team travel and visas
  • Health and safety on location in a range of countries
  • Liaising with global partners

Skills and Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years as PM
  • Experience managing budgets and schedules
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of Live OB remote galleries
  • PMI knowledge is an advantage but not essential
  • Multilinguistic skills would be advantageous
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work unsocial hours when necessary
  • Willingness and ability to travel in UK and internationally for shoots and client meetings as needed
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional unsocial hours and tight deadlines; resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments
