Production Manager | Leading Integrated Experience Agency
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits
Role: Production Manager (Live, Experiential & Corporate Events)
Are you an unflappable Production Manager who thrives on turning ambitious creative concepts into flawless reality? We’re currently partnering with a top-tier London agency known for delivering world-class live experiences, brand activations, and high-impact corporate events. They are looking for a go-to production figurehead to join their central London team in a hybrid setup.
Whether it's an immersive B2C brand activation or a complex B2B corporate build, you're as cool as they come, fiercely organised, and the epitome of a safe pair of hands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-End Production: Act as the primary production figurehead and technical lead across a diverse slate of live events, digital/hybrid experiences, content, and broadcast projects.
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Serve as the core bridge between creative, client services, and external partners—leveraging your black book of trusted suppliers, technical crews, fabricators, and local authorities.
- Budget Ownership: Manage production budgets up to £450k–£500k+, driving smart supplier negotiations, protecting project margins, and maintaining tight financial control.
- Technical Oversight: Interpret and refine spatial plans using CAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks (or similar), ensuring clear version control across teams and technical suppliers.
- H&S & Compliance: Act as the reliable voice for site safety, risk assessments, permits, licensing, and insurance requirements.
- On-Site Execution: Lead the charge on-site during load-ins, builds, live show runs, and derigs with a positive, solutions-orientated mindset.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
